Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell, born on the 27th of March, 1970 in New York City at 5'9" She is a well-known American actress. Her roles includes her character Dr. Juliet Burke from ABC Television's Lost series as well as FBI Agent Erica Evans for V. The Escape Clause as well as Gia. Mitchell co-stars with Eric Kripke in the television show Revolution which airs on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell's stepfather was a lawyer from Dallas along with her mother Josephine Marian Mitchell. Mitchell, her mother, and their two children moved from New York, to Dallas Texas where Mitchell's mother got married in 1975. Mitchell has a degree from Booker T. Washington High School which is a public magnet school for performing and visual arts. Mitchell is the youngest of three sisters, the other including Kristina Kristie Mitchell, Helen Kristie Mitchell, and Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. Mitchell earned a bachelor of fine arts in acting at Stephens College in 1991. She also studied at British American Drama Academy.
